The Christmas Markets in Metz
This year, the agency Inspire Metz – Tourist Office proposes delightful walks through the heart of the enchanted markets offering different circuits.
Some say you might even catch a glimpse of Father Christmas!
A thousand and one lights on the towering Christmas tree, the Christmas Pyramid and two fun fair rides will take you back to your childhood.

Christmas in the towns and village of Metz Eurométropole
Saint Nicholas, patron saint of children and school pupils, rewards those who have been good with gingerbread, oranges and other delicious treats. Come and join in the Saint Nicholas’ Day celebrations in Metz on 3rd and 4th December. Fantastic fun for adults and children alike.

The central figure of the Advent festivities stops off on place de la République in Metz, a break on his world tour giving presents to children of all ages! At this busy time, Father Christmas can’t see all of the children, but don’t worry, his letterbox is on place de la République throughout the enchanted markets.
