    Fairs - workshops - direct marketing operations - press relations - press receptions - inserts - public relations
  • Events organisation
    Mediation, heritage tourism - commented and audio tours - conferences - round tables - organising partner and service provider networks
  • Marketing
    Incoming activity: production and sale of holiday products - group and individual packages - commented tours - ticket sales
  • Tourism coordination
    Liaising between public and private sector players, between organisations and service providers - implementing the Tourism Quality Plan for Destination Metz - harmonising reception practices

  • Professional services
    Promoting local tourism and local attractions in collaboration with the Departmental Tourism Committee, Regional Tourism Committee, QuattroPole and Atout France (fairs and marketing campaigns, group and individual brochures, internet, sales promotion) - creating tourism products: tours and short breaks for groups and professionals - assistance / support and advice for professionals - local micro-observatory to monitor visitor numbers - Press Relations Service - Coordination of local tourism players.
