Introduction
Situated at the top of the Sainte-Croix hill, the cradle of the city, this church was rebuilt in the 13th century on top of an older building, of which vestiges remain in the crypt. During the period of the First German Annexation, the façade and bell tower were modified by the architect Conrad Wahn. The interior features a 12th-century stained glass window, the oldest in Lorraine, depicting a crucifixion scene.
