Introduction
The district was rebuilt in the 60s, with an innovative project designed on two levels: for pedestrians and traffic, with 4 to 8-storey bars. Today, it is a residential and administrative center, with the installation in 1983 of the Hôtel de Région in the former Saint Clément abbey.
