Designed with the Metz Nord - La Patrotte district in mind, the building's glass walls and acoustically sloped facade make it easy to see what's going on, while the forecourt is accessible to all.
The roof terrace features an experimental garden, and the red cube housing a 120-seat creative and performance space completes the aesthetic originality of the structure.
A federating place for its neighborhood, comprising a media library, a social center and a digital space.
