Introduction
Want to learn about agroecological vineyard management?
I’ll welcome you on the first Saturday of the month for an informative walk through the vineyards (about 1 hour and 30 minutes), using headlamps in the winter, followed by a tour of the winery. Then we’ll taste the estate’s wines paired with a platter of local products (vegetarian options available—please let me know when you book) or a raclette (November through April).
