Introduction
The Saulcy University Library is hosting an exhibition of embroidered postcards and photographs by artist Brigitte Chartreux.
Here, she chooses to showcase the results of two of her major research projects that engage in a dialogue: figures and flowers from the past, yet infinitely alive. In recent years, she has embarked on a new project: embroidering on original photographs, particularly on postcard photos.
The exhibition is open during the library’s regular hours. Audio description is available. The audio description was made possible by the Association des Auxiliaires des Aveugles de Moselle.
The artist will be present on Tuesday, September 29, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a social gathering at 4 p.m.
