Introduction
Twelve blind people—six women and six men—wait in a very ancient forest, which seems timeless beneath a sky studded with stars, for the return of their guide, a priest. They try to orient themselves in space and time. Through their words, they fill the silence and their wait. They get to know one another and realize that they have always been strangers to one another. The crisis erupts—heralded by the muffled calls of nature—when they discover the priest dead in their midst.
On stage, the twelve audience members are immersed in a raw and poetic virtual world. A collective VR immersion experience that highlights the play’s timeless message: we are all blind people in search of some kind of guide.
