Introduction
Un Dimanche, Une Oeuvre - Rendez-vous around major works in the exhibitions
By Martin Bethenod, Director of the Centre national des arts plastiques
Maurizio Cattelan, a virtuoso of deadly jokes and ambiguous depths, and a great rereader of art history - including his own work - has transformed the south garden of the Centre Pompidou-Metz into a garden of memory: he has installed there the possible grave of a little Jack Russell, who died in 1997 at the age of 13: Lupetto.
