Jacques Belin is a corny TV host whose career is on the decline. One evening, in a seedy little bar across from a train station, he meets Simone, a down-on-her-luck girl fresh out of jail who isn’t afraid to speak her mind. Fueled by alcohol, these two young people begin to get to know each other, open up to one another, and reinvent themselves. But when hangovers and amnesia set in at dawn, waking up promises to be a rough go.
