Introduction
Under the direction of Arnaud Tutin, the Metz Municipal Wind Band—one of France’s oldest orchestral ensembles and a dynamic group comprising more than 50 wind and percussion players—presents its famous outdoor concerts at various locations throughout the city in the spring and summer.
